Support From Someone Who Understands
The Parent Partner Path to Permanency (4P) program connects
parents or caregivers with a Child in Need of Care (CINC) case in
Douglas County, Kansas, to a local Parent Partner who has
successfully achieved permanency with their own family.
A Parent Partner offers support from the perspective of someone
who has lived through a similar experience, helping parents or
caregivers feel more confident and prepared to participate actively
in their case plan. Participating in the 4P program to receive

Meet The Parent Partner
"My mission is to ensure every family feels seen, heard, and supported. I truly believe it takes a village to raise our children, and my goal is to be a meaningful part of that support system for you. Using my own personal journey as a guide, I help parents navigate local resources and advocate for their family’s unique needs. Together, we can build a solid foundation where both you and your children can feel empowered and confident in the future.
When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me at the local skatepark with my three kids."
