Responsive Caregiving
a class for parents and caregivers
Responsive Caregiving is an adaptive process of connecting with, responding to, and learning alongside your child. In this free caregiving course, you will learn to use the brain as a car model and the attunement steps to strengthen your relationship with yourself, your child, and your family.
You will have the opportunity to build skills and strategies to expand your caregiving toolbox and create community connections in a supportive learning environment. We use multiple learning formats, including small and large group activities, discussions, presentations, and an accompanying workbook.
Caregiving can be incredibly challenging - our hope is that through this course, you will gain compassion for yourself and a better understanding of how to give yourself the care you need to care for others.
