Childcare Management Support

Collecting data and information can be a cumbersome burden to early childhood care providers. The Shared Service Hub can help make that process work more smoothly.

Our Shared Services Program Manager can connect the Northeast Kansas Learning Service Community Area with access and training on early childhood care child managment databases. This will include assisting with facility set up and automation of processes.

Substitute Pool

We have partnered with Customized Early Education to provide trained early childhood professionals at various levels of education and qualifications ready to help you in your programs.

Substitute pool staff have completed all required KDHE training, physicals, TB skin tests, cleared background checks and are fingerprinted (with current centers). This process provides experienced providers with a substitute if they have staff on vacation or out ill, while providing young teachers with experience.

Shared Services Hub and Customized Early Education are seeking to expand the reach of the program, so check in to see if the substitute pool is available in your community!
